The Hepburn Collection

Bookings Procedure and Deposit

Hepburn Collection will hold provisional bookings confirmed either by telephone or email for a period of 48 hours. A £75 booking fee is required at time of your booking at which point all prices will be clarified and agreed in advance. This amount is deducted from the final amount due. Once received, this secures Hepburn Collection for your wedding day. The booking fee can be paid by online bank transfer or cheque and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Payment for rehearsals will be taken on the day of the rehearsal itself.

The final balance of any fees should be settled 21 days prior to your wedding day itself. Again payment by bank transfer or cheque. Cash is to be paid on the day of the wedding.

Expenses

Hepburn Collection charge 50p per mile travel expenses for all journeys and all car parking expenses and congestion charges that may incur for both rehearsal and wedding days.

Cancellation

Cancellation by you less than four weeks before your wedding day itself will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 75% of the full charge that you will be liable to pay.

In exceptional circumstances a Hepburn Collection stylist may need to cancel a booking. This has never happened before but, if it does, all attempts will be made to find an alternative stylist. If this is not possible Hepburn Collection will refund everything you have paid in full (including the booking fee).
